Electrophoresis fluid solid content detector

The heating and drying method is used. A certain amount of electrophoresis fluid sample is placed in a specific container, and the solvent in it is evaporated by heating, and the remaining is the solid component. Then, the solid content in the electrophoresis fluid is calculated based on the mass difference before and after drying and the mass of the initial sample.
